Brian Alarcons’ foundation is firmly rooted in core family values. Growing up in a dual-Military family he learned the true meaning of hard work, responsibility, and dedication at a very young age. Integrity, service to others, and an obligation to our country are the principles that have developed him into the man he is today. Brian stands by his word while valuing your needs, as his client. He understands how important the security of home ownership is and how significant it is to the American Dream.

Brian remembers learning about Real Estate and Property Management from his father at a young age. His father purchased their first investment property before Brian was even enrolled in grade school. Many days were spent at the Investment properties learning about general upkeep, advertising tactics, and interaction with the tenants. To go along with the “on the job training”, Brian remembers many late nights at his father’s desk learning about Real Estate, crunching numbers and creating an unbreakable bond. With such an upbringing and foundation Brian developed an unstoppable drive for growing as a person, contributing to others success and maintaining a vision for his client’s future.

In early 2015, Brian fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a full-time Real Estate Agent, stepping away from his Property Management job of 7+ years where he sold Real Estate and Managed Investment portfolios. He chose to sign on with Keller Williams Realty, the World’s Largest Real Estate Company. At Keller Williams, Brian hit the ground running and helped 22 families with their home ownership dreams in 2015 – whether that was helping them sell their house or hand them the keys to their brand-new home! Your average Real Estate agent sells 3 to 4 homes per year, based on the National Associations of Realtors stats. Brian is firmly planted in the culture of Keller Williams and is looking forward to continuing to help, many more families, make the American Dream come true.

In 2016 Brian helped 36 families with their Real Estate needs. He also became Spanaway’s number one real estate agent with 40% of his business being centered in Spanaway throughout his Real Estate Career! In 2017 the team continued to grow and Brian closed 54 homes with 55 Zillow 5 Star Reviews! Brian currently serves on the Associate Leadership Council for our office of 250+ agents.
